Amber Property Services
Following the success of the Electrical contracting section of the business the range of Services have been extended. This expansion allowed Amber Property Services to facilitate a private Housing group that were looking for one organisation to service their property needs, saving the requirement to liaise with various companies to complete void and maintenance works. The net result of this working partnership has reduced administration and property vacant time scales.The service has now been extended to letting managing agent businesses in Kent and Sussex encompassing annual Electrical and monthly Smoke detection & emergency lighting testing.
Currently this service is not available to the private domestic customer.
